How to use your toolkit
Choose a folder or search for the situation you need. Open a script, personalise it, then copy the message into Messenger or WhatsApp. Replace every [placeholder] before sending. Use Mark’s version if you run the club and the trainee version only if you are genuinely practising. Start with an invite, listen to the reply, then choose the next relevant card. Personalise the opening and send messages individually. Team notes are for learning. Copy only the message when speaking to a prospect.

The simple conversation route

First week with a trainee
1. Agree what they want and the time they can realistically give. 2. Let them shadow an appointment. 3. Practise one invitation together. 4. Help them send a small number of personal invitations. 5. Support their first bookings and appointments. 6. Review what felt easy, what felt difficult and the next small step.
Simplified implementation of the training themes; no booking quota required to begin.
